Recruitment activities for executive, managerial, professional, clerical, and other positions include conducting searches, sourcing, and screening applicants; interviewing, testing, and providing evaluations of applicants; conducting reference and background verifications; and providing candidate selection recommendations.

Recruitment Advertising

Written advertisements targeted to attract qualified applicants are prepared and placed in appropriate publications.

Interviewing and Reference Verification

Interviews are conducted with candidates, and references are verified. Written evaluations and reports may be furnished on individuals recruited by the client.

Background Search and Verification

Criminal history search, credit verification, social security trace, and/or motor vehicle registration verification are conducted at the client's request to evaluate employment eligibility or retention.

Testing instruments are offered to assess candidate skills and/or personality traits. Internal studies can be conducted to validate the tests at the client's request.

Resume Preparation

Resumes are created to outline an individual's educational background, work history, and job-related skills and achievements.
