2008 Tarrant County Salary Survey

WhitneySmith is conducting the 19th annual Tarrant County Salary Survey.The survey will include both exempt and nonexempt positions. A cross section of the Tarrant County business community will be offered the opportunity to participate in this study.

This year's survey will analyze salaries on 106 positions. Each surveyed position will stratify salary data by high, low, mean, median, 25th and 75th percentiles and number of incumbents. The salary data will be presented in annual, monthly, and hourly rates. Managerial and professional jobs will be further analyzed by company size (5 size breaks by number of employees). The survey will also include data on salary increase trends, salary budget projections, salary structure adjustments and shift differential practices. All survey data will be treated in strictest confidence.

The survey provides vital Tarrant County labor market data necessary for analyzing your company.s direct compensation programs. Special discounts are offered to members of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association. Premium discounts are offered to companies that participate in the survey. Survey results will be available by mid-June 2008.

This year, a special incentive is being offered to participants who submit salary data early. Participants who return their data files by the first submission due date (to be announced with the submission instructions) will be eligible for a drawing for a restaurant gift card.
